Returns, refunds & exchanges:
If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change in mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process:
You must notify Jacinta Lepoutre within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification.
You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Jacinta Lepoutre.
You must return the Product in its original condition with the original "swing tags" and packaging.
On International returns You must mark on the courier company's consignment "Return of Goods" so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product.
Upon receipt of the original Product, Jacinta Lepoutre will refund to You the purchase price for the Product, less any shipping costs.
Refunds can only be credited back through the original purchasing account that was used to purchase the item. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Jacinta Lepoutre, however, please allow 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited.
Alternatively we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:
- are faulty (unless caused by you)
- Have been wrongly described;
- are different to the goods that you ordered;
Refunds or exchanges will only be given to Products purchased at the Jacinta Lepoutre Online shop. Refunds will not be given to Jacinta Lepoutre stock purchased from our stockists.
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
